Summary: Payment card machines were not working and took almost 30mins to check in. Then we were provided with the wrong room per our booking and had to move. It was a late evening check in and we were tired. The last thing we wanted was an hour to check in and get to our room. Staff were polite enough but never apologised or thanked us for our patience for their error or delays.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful with every question or request we had. The location is excellent – just a short walk from Fenway Park, Newbury Street, and directly connected to the mall. The only downside was the water pressure, which was very low. We didn’t report it during our stay as we returned late and were too tired, but it did affect our comfort. Additionally, given the high cost of the stay, it would have been reasonable to expect breakfast to be included. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Summary: Room was very expensive and very small. Food was left in the fridge from former patrons. That being said the room was updated and clean. Overall service was great especially at the bar/ restaurant.

Summary: Not sure what the point of early check in is for because i still had to get back in a super long line later to wait for the keys? Plus I don’t like to see a $100 on my credit card in case of hotel incidentals??? For a pre-paid room? It better come off my credit card soon.
